Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving and distribution of materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily warehouse operations. You will coordinate movement of equipment and tools with a focus on safety and efficiency for field operations teams and internal departments.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or material handling experience, forklift certification, and proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics environments is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify order contents for accuracy.
• Track inventory using manual and computerized systems.
• Move, load, and unload equipment and materials using a forklift.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and yard environment.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Address spills and hazards promptly to maintain safety.
• Collaborate with team to support daily operations.
• Escalate issues related to inventory or safety when appropriate.
