Job summary

Nectar in Grants Pass is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to manage cannabis and non-cannabis inventory, process packaging materials, and support testing workflows. You will keep accurate records in Metrc and Excel, and ensure timely movement of materials in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and collaboration within a Southern Oregon warehouse team, with opportunities for weekend coverage and career growth.

Qualifications

• Metrc experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams/SharePoint).
• Prior warehouse, inventory, or cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing packaging materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely turnaround.
• Manage warehouse inventory for cannabis and non-cannabis products, maintaining accurate counts and records in inventory tracking systems, including Metrc.
• Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Handle testing workflows as they pertain to reporting — coordinate test samples, track testing status, and ensure results are properly recorded and documented.
• Package and sort tested materials for packaging backstock to packaging department.
• Stage, label, and organize backstock so the packaging department has accurate, ready-to-use materials.
• Receive, inspect, and put away deliveries; keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant.
• Maintain OLCC compliance and company SOPs for cannabis handling, tracking, and storage.
• Generate and maintain reports using Excel and Office 365; communicate inventory and testing status to management and the packaging team.
• Support general warehouse duties as assigned, including weekend work when necessary.
