Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Westside, Texas to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You will handle inventory, shipments, catalyst element cleaning/testing, and coordinate with the sales team to fulfill orders on time.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of the warehouse. This position manages the handling and movement of inventory, incoming and outgoing shipments, catalyst element cleaning and testing, warehouse organization, and preparation of freight shipments. The Warehouse Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer orders and deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.


• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.


• Receive, organize, store, and manage warehouse inventory.


• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.


• Wash, clean, and test catalyst elements according to company procedures and quality standards.


• Prepare, package, secure, and label pallets for motor freight/LTL shipments.


• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure products are properly packaged and protected for transportation.


• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer orders, deliveries, pickups, and shipping priorities.


• Stage materials and products for scheduled customer deliveries and shipments.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.


• Maintain the warehouse property, yard, and surrounding work areas.


• Ensure tools, equipment, and warehouse supplies are properly stored and maintained.


• Follow all company safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment.


• Assist with receiving documentation, shipping paperwork, and inventory records as required.


• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.


• Ability to safely operate a forklift and work around trucks, pallets, and warehouse equipment.


• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required, including varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.


• Forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.


• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures.


• Ability to safely prepare and secure freight for shipment.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with sales and operations personnel.


• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
