NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking and loading, ensuring accuracy and safety.

This fast-paced role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating RF scanners and warehouse equipment. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling 300 pounds with aids.
• Able to read alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic computer and RF scanning equipment knowledge.
• Availability to work M-F with occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Receiving inbound shipments and storing products.
• Order picking and transporting orders to shipping locations.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory records and rotate stock.
• Keep a clean, safe, and orderly work area and follow safety policies.
• Meet productivity standards and KPI targets.
