Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our team. You will handle receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products; troubleshoot issues across these activities and maintain safety.

You will also ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, and adherence to safety programs in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role requires standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating RF scanners and basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Operate computer and RF scanning equipment.
• Good basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and store products safely.
• Pick correct quantities and move orders to shipping locations.
• Ensure accuracy and report quality variances as needed.
• Maintain inventory records and stock rotation.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Meet productivity standards and monitor KPIs; identify issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
