Job summary

TikTok is offering a TTS Merchant Support Project Intern role in the TikTok Shop - Supply Chain and Logistics with a 2026 start. You will work on merchant support, fulfillment operations, and exception management across fulfillment centers on-site in Los Angeles area.

The internship emphasizes hands-on projects, exposure to cross-functional teams, and practical skills in e-commerce logistics. Applicants should be a current bachelor's student and commit to at least 3 months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail and ownership.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• On-site for at least 4 full working days per week; 5 days preferred.
• Commit to internship period of at least 3 months.
• Preferred: prior internship in e-commerce, logistics, fulfillment, or merchant/customer support.

Responsibilities

• Support daily monitoring and resolution of inbound, outbound, and inventory-related exceptions across fulfillment centers.
• Coordinate with Merchant, Quality, FC Operations, and LSP teams to resolve issues within SLA targets.
• Track exception cases and perform root-cause analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Monitor return processing and dwell time across FCs; coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve long-tail exceptions.
• Assist in site performance analysis and identify service-level risks.
• Collect merchant, FC, and LSP feedback to identify opportunities for process and merchant experience improvement.
• Assist in developing and optimizing SOPs for exception handling, returns, and other operational processes.
• Support on-site operational monitoring and follow up with stakeholders.
