Qualifications

• One to two years of office or administrative experience preferred.

• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve zone tracking issues.
• Assist with reporting and data collection.
• Schedule equipment maintenance and coordinate supplies.
• Process and reconcile vendor invoices.
• Upload new or updated SOPs to QMS.
• Submit new or updated SOPs into the QMS.
• Meet daily/weekly with Supervisor.
• Maintain office and warehouse supply inventory.
• Research cost-saving options where applicable.
