Job summary

Reyes Holdings, part of the Reyes Family of Businesses, is seeking an entry-level administrative support specialist to assist the transportation and warehouse teams with load diagramming and data entry tasks. The role focuses on preparing information for operational reports and ensuring safe, efficient processes.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of the transportation and warehouse departments.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reports, data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Work closely with other employees to assure that the company’s business is executed in the most efficient and effective manner.
• Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.
