Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Illinois is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support transportation and warehouse operations. You will perform load diagramming in Syntellic, handle data entry, and prepare operational reports to improve efficiency and safety.

Work with teammates to ensure the business is executed effectively; assist with processing orders, delivery documentation, and service performance tracking, plus other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 0–2 years of related experience.
• Occasionally required to lift/carry materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of transportation and warehouse departments, such as completing load diagrams in Syntellic.
• Collect and prepare information for operational reports, data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Work closely with other employees to ensure efficient and effective business execution.
• Assist with processing orders, producing and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.
