Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse & delivery procedures required.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and customer service ability.
• Basic computer skills with a good knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Problem solving and teamwork abilities to support department.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties, inbound and/or outbound functions as assigned.
• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents (inbound/outbound, discrepancy reports, stock and damage claims, time sheets, requisitions, shipping labels).
• Schedule receiving appointments with vendors for inbound freight and prepare Delivery Appointment sheets.
• Complete inbound freight processes including driver check-in/check-out and door assignments.
• Support night warehouse functions; review returns, investigate picking errors, and finalize outbound paperwork.
