The ideal candidate will be skilled in coordinating with delivery teams, using Agility for stock reporting, and maintaining stock accuracy while preventing duplicate orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and on-time work orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks for timely delivery.
• Track stock levels with Agility software and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage damaged/outdated stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Support Branch Manager's goals with strong customer service.
