Placements24 is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator for their East London facility. The role coordinates daily activities, documents, and liaises between teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.

The position requires warehouse or logistics coordination experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with WMS and basic computer tools. A hybrid work setup is offered with opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily flow of goods across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, cycle counts and discrepancies.
• Prepare and process shipping/receiving documents accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with warehouse staff, drivers and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor performance and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
