Job summary

Wesco Distribution in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Coordinator in Operations to support our warehouse team with order prioritization, routing, and documentation. You will help align workflows with local managers and supervise day-to-day order production in our warehouse management system.

The requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years of order management experience in a warehouse or production environment, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of order management experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year of operational and/or logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support team by coordinating and managing documentation
• Identify potential problems in processes and work with management team to resolve
• Coordinate with local managers and supervisors to align employees and workflow
• Act as team lead on small or special projects
• Manage multiple communication systems to ensure internal customer requests are accomplished
• Manage daily order and task production in our warehouse management system
