Wesco in Kent, WA is seeking a full-time Operations Coordination warehouse worker to join our operations team. You will analyze and interpret complex data, calibrate precise measurements, problem-solve, and communicate with the public as part of a Fortune 250 distributor.

The role supports the local operations team by coordinating and managing documentation, reports, and workflow to meet customer commitments, including domestic and international shipments. Shift is Mon-Fri 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of order management experience in a warehouse or production environment.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports local operations with location-specific coordination.
• Prepares reports and manages documentation for the team.
• Identifies bottlenecks and collaborates with management to resolve issues.
• Coordinates with carriers and local managers to align workflow with customer commitments.
• Leads small projects when supervisor is away.
• Manages multiple communication systems to fulfill internal requests.
• Oversees daily orders and tasks in the warehouse system and prioritizes requests.
• Ensures must-ship-today orders are processed on time for domestic and international shipping.
• Provides daily support for picking, packing and shipping functions.
• Maintains inventory documentation.
