Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of order management experience in warehouse or production setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service and inside sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of logistics and warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse and order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports the local operations team with coordinated efforts for the location.
• Prepares reports and maintains documentation for the team.
• Identifies bottlenecks in processes and works with management to resolve issues.
• Coordinates with carriers and local managers to align staff and workflow.
• Acts as team lead on small projects when supervisor is away.
• Manages multiple communication systems to fulfill internal requests.
• Oversees daily orders and tasks in the warehouse management system.
• Ensures must-ship-today orders are processed per shipping commitments domestically and internationally.
• Provides daily assistance for picking, packing and shipping functions.
• Maintains inventory documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
