Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of materials. The role emphasizes accurate stock records, orderly warehouse conditions, and adherence to safety and process standards.

This hands-on position requires forklift operation and proactive communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth material flow and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Accurate and detail oriented approach in daily work.
• Comfortable handling hands-on tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate a forklift.
• Baseline communication with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities with the supervisor.
• Receive shipments, process goods receipt, and verify materials against docs.
• Support picking, packing, and distribution of goods.
• Record incoming/outgoing goods and maintain warehouse records.
• Conduct daily housekeeping and basic warehouse maintenance.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and update stock levels.
• Prepare and maintain filing and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with buyers, customer service, and forwarders by email.
