Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics/operations associate in Minnesota to document calls, coordinate deliveries and keep pilot orders accurate. You will work with planners, drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound/outbound flow.

Strong computer skills (AS400, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Some overtime and a fast-paced environment are expected, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years college preferred as a baseline for the role.
• Solid computer skills with AS400, Excel and Office tools.
• Strong communication, accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Document hot calls and communicate to drivers.
• Run change-overs, sort and coordinate delivery.
• Ensure all pilot orders are complete and accurate.
• Remove deleted orders from planners and update records.
• Monitor emails from planners about part issues and escalation.
