Job summary

Polaris Inc. Huntsville facility seeks an inventory and forklift operator to move materials, verify packing slips, and perform routine warehouse tasks. You will cycle count inventory, process shipments, and maintain accurate records while following safety rules.

The role supports PCI processes and may involve overtime as needed. Applicants must hold Polaris forklift certification and be able to operate multiple forklift types and an overhead crane.

Qualifications

• Polaris forklift driver certification required.
• Ability to operate a variety of forklifts and overhead crane.
• Read and interpret routings, work orders and production reports.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and products with forklifts within the department.
• Load/unload trucks at docks and verify packing slips.
• Run inventory processes and cycle counts, audit locations.
• Print bar code labels and process shipments/receipts.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and complete production records.
• Support PCI process and participate in special projects.
