Job summary

Eagle Foods is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator II to join our warehouse operations team in Texas. You will ensure compliance with food safety and GMP requirements, move and stage goods, and support packaging lines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, forklift certification, 2–3 years in warehouse or logistics, and strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with inventory systems such as SAP or WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification and experience required.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with supervisory/coordination exposure preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety and GMP requirements for facility.
• Participates in plant QA Systems, HSE Systems and SQMS Key Element support.
• Transfer finished goods and materials and support packaging lines.
• Able to load/unload trailers safely and move pallets to inventory locations.
• Maintain and verify shipping documents, Bills of Lading, and related records.
• Perform cycle counts and use scanner/PC software to manage inventory.
