Job summary

Eagle Foods seeks a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to track finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and WIP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. The role partners with support functions to resolve downtime, quality, safety, and cost issues using problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, with 3+ years in inventory within manufacturing/ warehousing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Infor is a plus. Forklift ability required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years of inventory experience in a manufacturing/warehousing setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Infor is a plus.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with Food Safety Audit expectations preferred.
• Strong communication and flexibility with scheduling.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. for some tasks).

Responsibilities

• Track movement of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, and WIP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct internal audits.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports for leadership.
• Address inquiries related to products and inventories.
• Support warehouse operations and material movements; operate forklift when needed.
• Collaborate with Packaging and SQF audit activities.
