Job summary

B2B Renew Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant to support the daily operations and management of our Missouri warehouse. You will work closely with the warehouse management team to coordinate daily workflow, maintain accurate inventory and operational records, and assist with shipping, receiving, and employee coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, operations, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Excel and warehouse/ERP systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, order processing, and shipping.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and follow up on completion and productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records in company systems.
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliation, and investigation of inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and communicate any delays or operational issues.
• Prepare shipping labels, reports, spreadsheets, and other warehouse documentation.
• Assist warehouse management with employee attendance, scheduling, and daily operational coordination.
• Communicate with other departments regarding orders, inventory, returns, and shipping issues.
• Help identify operational problems and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support warehouse organization, safety, and process improvement.
• Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned.
