Coperion is seeking a Warehouse and Receiving Coordinator to manage daily warehouse and receiving activities, ensuring accurate flow of materials and strong cross-functional collaboration across Receiving, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics. The role requires hands-on organization, attention to detail, and timely issue resolution to prevent disruption.

The candidate will balance physical warehouse duties with system transactions, inventory control, and safety practices,

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
Forklift experience and safe operation of material-handling equipment required.
Proficiency with ERP, inventory, or warehouse-management systems and basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and process all incoming material and deliveries, unload trucks and move materials using forklifts.
Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents; inspect for damage, shortages or overages.
Maintain accurate inventory locations and identify, store, and route received material to appropriate areas.
Perform material movements and ERP transactions; support cycle counting and physical inventory activities.
Coordinate with Quality for inspection and resolve receiving discrepancies with Purchasing, Quality, Logistics.
