Job summary

URBN is seeking a Clerk to support the Leadership Team in daily department operations, monitor productivity, and adjust processes as priorities change. You will provide clear directions to maintain SLAs and collaborate with staff, customers, and management.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday (5:30 PM - 4:00 AM) with starting pay at USD 17.75 per hour. The role offers a wage progression through a Step Program and comprehensive benefits, reflecting URBN's inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in the department.
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in processes.
• Flexible in completing projects and changing priorities.
• Provide clear directions to ensure SLAs are met.
• Maintain proactive communication using radios and emails.
• Perform department tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
• Work with all levels including employees, customers, and management.
