Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Night Warehouse Administrative Clerk to audit folders, close out orders in the system, and perform general clerical duties in a fast paced environment.

The role requires basic MS Office, English proficiency, and the ability to work in ambient and freezer temperatures. Preference given to candidates with 1 year warehouse office experience and AS400 exposure.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent preferred.
• 1-year of warehouse office experience preferred.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Audit warehouse folders for accuracy and closes out orders in the system.
• Review dates to ensure they are within guidelines.
• Review photos/folder of shipment information and obtain approval before loading.
• Close out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicate with market managers on product issues.
• Generate daily reports on items requiring approval.
• Generate fees on folders.
• Perform clerical duties: answering phone, filing, inquiries, photocopying.
