Job summary

Sysco, a global leader in foodservice distribution, is seeking a warehouse clerk to audit and close orders in the system while handling clerical tasks. The role involves reviewing shipment details, coordinating with management, and generating routine reports.

Must be able to work in ambient and freezer temperatures and be flexible with shifts. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of warehouse office experience.

Qualifications

• HSD or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Review dates to ensure they are within the guidelines of the receiving country.
• Review photos/folder of shipment information and asks approval from management before loading.
• Closes out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicates with market managers on product issues.
• Generates daily reports on all items requiring approval.
• Generates fees on folders.
• Clerical duties: answering phone, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying.
