URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Clerk to support the Leadership Team in daily department operations. You will monitor productivity, adjust processes as needed, and ensure SLA compliance while collaborating across all levels of the organization.

The role requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Shift is Wednesday–Saturday, with 6:00am–4:30pm, located in Gap, PA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned department
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes
• Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities
• Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met
• Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails
• Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
• Work with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management
