Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Clerk at our Gap, PA location to support leadership with daily department operations, monitor productivity, and adjust processes as needed. This role offers Day and Night shifts and up to 90 days of seasonal employment.

Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day tasks, communicating updates to ensure SLAs, maintaining proactive communication, and performing department-specific tasks as directed. Starting pay is USD 17.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned departments.
• Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.
• Be flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.
• Provide clear directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.
• Maintain proactive communication using radios and emails.
• Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
• Collaborate with all levels including staff, customers, and management.
