URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) seeks a Clerk to support the Leadership Team in daily department operations at 1300 South Dean Avenue, Raymore, MO 64083 United States. You will monitor productivity, adjust processes, and keep SLAs on track while handling various tasks across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include clear directions, proactive communication, and flexible handling of projects and priorities.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Problem-solving and reporting skills.
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite.
Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day functions in assigned department.
Monitor productivity and communicate adjustments in departmental processes.
Flexible in completing projects and navigating changing business priorities.
Provide clear and concise directions to ensure SLAs are maintained and goals are met.
Maintain high level, proactive communication utilizing radios and emails.
Perform department-specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Works with all organizational levels including fellow employees, customers, and management.
