National DCP, LLC (NDCP) is seeking an Operations Clerk, Warehouse in Twinsburg, OH. This full-time role supports inbound receiving and outbound selection, with data entry, mail handling, and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in an office/operation setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact well with employees and customers.
• PC literate with advanced-level Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic Finance data functions.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls that may come in during the scheduled shift.
• Create and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Relay work assignments to employees who are scheduled.
• Process all warehouse manifests to verify the accuracy of orders.
• Research and compile OS&D data (Over, Short, Damaged).
• Assist with food safety audits and other audits.
• Collect incoming mail, packages, and consolidate for NDCP HQ.
• Process customer orders, deliveries, and related sign-offs for Finance.
