NAPA Auto Parts in Minneapolis is seeking a skilled Clerk to join our distribution center team. You will handle inbound, outbound, UPS shipments, core processing, returns and recalls, ensuring documents and tasks are accurate and timely.

This role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, operating RF scanners, and coordinating with carriers. A customer- and vendor-facing mindset, basic math, and reliable teamwork are essential. Work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with aids.
• Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment and computers.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: schedule freight, verify counts, collect documentation, and ASN verifications.
• Outbound: schedule freight, apply labels, ensure proper packing and security at doors.
• UPS Shipments: print labels, overpack, and sort packages.
• Core Processing: unload, stage cores, and complete related paperwork.
• Returns: process returns and restock parts.
• RGN: prepare and ship recalls and handle vendor questions.
• Quality Control: ensure accuracy and report variances.
• Safety, housekeeping, and security: maintain a safe work environment.
