Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a warehouse associate to coordinate daily warehouse activities, oversee receiving, storage, and shipping, and support supervisors with scheduling and resource allocation.

You will work closely with procurement, logistics, and customer service to resolve issues, ensure on-time shipments, and uphold our standards of dependability and teamwork. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ warehousing experience.
• Proficiency with JDE, RDS, DSI, SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Monitor workflow and identify bottlenecks to improve productivity.
• Assist in scheduling and resource allocation to support supervisors.
• Handle complex shipping and receiving tasks, including high‑value or sensitive shipments.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to a team environment and uphold company values and schedule discipline.
