Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. in Greer, SC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate II to support receiving, storage, and shipping, maintain inventory accuracy, operate warehouse equipment, and assure quality in the work area.

You will collaborate with all warehouse teams, help schedule labor and equipment, and resolve shipment issues. A 1–3 year warehousing background and high school diploma are expected; multiple benefits and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a warehousing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency with JDE, RDS, DSI, SQL and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and varied shifts.

Job Description

The Warehouse Operations Associate II is responsible for collaborating with all other warehouse departments, as needed. Duties include receiving and processing incoming/outbound shipments, preparing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy of department, operating warehouse equipment, and quality assurance of area.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities: Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ previous experience in a warehousing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate is preferred
• Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating JDE, RDS, DSI, SQL and all Microsoft Office programs
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation
• Demonstrate exceptional communication across all contact channels, including email, chat and phone
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings, if/when needed
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered for this role

Compensation Range: $19 - $21 per hour

Compensation is based on individual factors, including skill set, relevant experience, and work location
