Job summary

Visual Edge IT is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support material flow in our California warehouse. You will ensure inventory accuracy, process orders efficiently, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking locations, picking and packing, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies. Prior warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and move items safely.
• Experience operating pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and courteous with internal/external partners.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify accuracy, inspect for damage.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
• Stock items in correct locations with accuracy.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for courier pickup.
• Perform cycle counts and full inventories.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse spaces.
• Manage spoilage and disposal per guidelines.
• Complete reports and documentation accurately.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed.
