Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and pack orders, print labels, and inspect products for shipments. You’ll use equipment to prepare orders and support receiving demands, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have a year of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Background and drug screening are required; forklift experience is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug Screen.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Mark and label shipping boxes or products per DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
• Report missing items or quality variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products to meet packing specifications.
• Execute and document quality inspections per SOPs.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Communicate and report incidents.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
