Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate in Goodyear, AZ to validate order accuracy, pallet integrity and food safety compliance before products reach customers. The role inspects trailers, pallets, cases and totes, working with leadership to correct issues and rebuild pallets as needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring inventory integrity, supporting root-cause analysis, and upholding KeHE’s Mission, Vision and Values in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience in food distribution or quality assurance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Validate outbound and inbound warehouse production for accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on pallet construction; identify mispicks and issues.
• Correct errors in real time by coordinating with selectors to rebuild pallets.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards; document issues and support root-cause analysis.
