Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate IV to accurately receive, store, pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced distribution warehouse.

The role requires 4+ years in food distribution or warehouse environments, plus proficiency with multiple powered equipment and a WMS system. You’ll work with a supervisor to meet customer needs and improve processes while supporting safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, dayshift and overnight.
• 4+ years in food distribution or warehouse.
• Experience operating 3+ powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers).
• Ability to lift 30–40 lbs repetitively; occasional 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack, ship orders and manage inventory.
• Cross-train in 3+ process paths and support department performance.
• Operate multiple lift equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Mentor new hires and collaborate with supervisor.
