Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to validate order accuracy, pallet integrity, and food safety before product reaches customers. You will inspect trailers, pallets, cases, and totes to ensure correct brands and quantities.

You will work with selectors to rebuild pallets, fix discrepancies, and support root-cause analysis to prevent repeats. The role requires attention to detail, WMS experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; food safety/quality training a plus.
• At least 1 year experience with a WMS in food distribution.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Validate outbound and inbound warehouse production by inspecting trailers, locations, pallets, cases, and split-case totes to ensure correct brand, variety, quantity, and overall order accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on pallet construction, identifying mispicks, misplaced cases, and structural issues.
• Correct identified errors in real time by rebuilding pallets with selectors.
• Support root-cause analysis to prevent repeat errors and protect customer experience.
