Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking an experienced office manager to lead general office activities at our cold storage facility. You will oversee customer service and administrative functions and support the General Manager with accounting and inbound/outbound traffic.

The role requires coordinating with leadership, reviewing records, implementing policies, and hiring or coaching a staff of administrative or customer service workers.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of warehouse office experience and/or leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to multitask independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service and administrative efforts at the facility.
• Align operations with leaders and sales as needed.
• Review records and reports on production, payroll, and shipping.
• Implement policies and service standards aligned with goals.
• Hire, coach, and manage a staff of customer service/administrative workers.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management or government agencies.
• Participate in hiring and employee relations activities.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
