Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities of a cold storage facility, manage inventory movement, scheduling, and safety programs.

The role requires leadership, 5+ years in warehouse management, WMS proficiency, and strong communication. You will collaborate with sales, inventory control, and operations support to meet KPIs and provide reliable service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience or equivalent
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

Responsibilities

• Assign work, set completion dates, review performance per policies
• Partner with sales, inventory control, and operations support to ensure product availability
• Analyze reports to identify trends and KPIs and recommend solutions
• Perform long-term labor forecasting based on sales input
• Foster productivity, belonging, and responsibility among staff
• Promote teamwork and Open Door Philosophy across the organization
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
