Gold Star Foods Northwest Distribution in Emmett, Idaho, seeks an Operations Admin to support warehouse and logistics. You will manage inventory control, route orders, schedule backhauls, and maintain documentation to ensure accurate data and smooth workflows.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication skills and can collaborate across departments. Day shift, Monday–Friday, with hourly pay range $19–$22, DOE, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support routing all orders for delivery and adjust daily delivery times.
• Schedule appointments for backhauls.
• Create RMAs for product returns and manage progress.
• Daily/Weekly reporting for Warehouse and Transportation.
• Generate labels daily for night crew.
• Back up to the warehouse manager for daily invoicing.
• Perform inventory control with cycle counts and records.
• Enter data into warehouse management systems for inventory and orders.
• Print and attach pallet labels for proper identification and tracking.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
