Job summary

Tire Rack is seeking a Warehouse Office Manager in Denver, CO. This role will lead warehouse office operations, supervise office staff, and partner with Distribution Center leadership to drive efficiency and KPI performance.

You will streamline HR-related processes, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a positive workplace culture. Monday–Friday schedule with potential extra hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a supervisor/assistant manager role, ideally in warehouse or distribution.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse office associates, set expectations, assign work, and ensure accountability.
• Train, coach, onboard, cross-train, and manage performance.
• Analyze office workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy of admin processes.
