Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check all orders in GEM and prepare documents prior to shipping.
• Receive in products.
• Schedule appointments and verify order readiness.
• Monthly reports and reconciliations of empty cans, brite stock inventory and salvage inventories.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory of all products and materials on site.
• Answer and direct phone calls with the ability to provide direction.
• Assist Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Process UPS shipments and receipts; distribute/notify of receipt as appropriate.
• Provide direction and assistance to the Shipping / Receiving Forklift Operators as needed.
• Ensure GMPs and safety rules are followed and enforced.
• Other duties as assigned
