US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to support accurate stock levels and product quality in our Wisconsin distribution center. Under supervision, you will perform clerical tasks, audits, and data entry to maintain an effective warehouse index.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory control or clerical work, HS diploma, and proficiency with MS Office and inventory databases. The role offers full-time hours, weekday schedule, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years in inventory control or clerical work in a distribution center.
• HACCP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory counts and audits with detailed records.
• Resolve transactions and exceptions with root-cause analysis.
• Prepare and retain reports in print and electronic form.
• Identify products and code dates in inventory system.
• Reconcile routes, invoices and related documents.
• Process debit/credit adjustments with correct reason codes.
• Work across office and refrigerated/frozen environments.
