Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. (CAPS) is a Houston-based HVAC company seeking a Warehouse Materials Supervisor at our Northwest Location. The role oversees receiving, storage, and movement of materials to support manufacturing and operations, ensuring accuracy and safety across the warehouse.

The supervisor will lead a team, manage inventory cycles, coordinate with Procurement and Production, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and reporting.

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material movement, shipping, and inventory transactions.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and ERP transactions.
• Maintain organized warehouse operations to support production schedules and material availability.
• Supervise, schedule, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Provide coaching, training, and accountability for compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Planning, Engineering, and Operations to ensure smooth material flow.
