Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials, with capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory management systems and ability to read and interpret packing slips and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping and transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Worker Safety Engagement process daily and maintain all required safety and operational documentation.
• Operate flatbed burden carriers and forklifts to transport materials throughout the facility, unload delivery vehicles, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Monitor Point of Use (POU) areas for empty bins and coordinate timely crib replenishment to support continuous production.
• Review packing slips, verify material counts, and process transactions accurately in the SAP system.
• Fill customer orders, verify balance on hand quantities, and report discrepancies to your Supervisor for resolution.
• Perform daily Workplace Organization (WPO) and cleaning of assigned work areas to maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Interface professionally with plant customers and team members to fulfill supply runs, label runs, and additional tasks as assigned.
