Job summary

Williams Companies, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Coordinator I–III to oversee material flow for capital and operational projects. You will track purchases, manage inventory, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED, 6 years of related experience with gas pipeline equipment, forklift certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six years' experience with gas pipeline and compression equipment.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Purchases equipment, materials, and services for the company at a minimum cost to be delivered to a specific location by a required date.
• Tracks inventory and purchase orders.
• Coordinates with project managers and other coordinators regarding material requirements and project needs.
• Operates a forklift or telehandler to offload and load project materials and inspects material received against purchase orders.
• Ensures warehouse organization and proper labeling of materials and equipment.
