Lensing Building Specialties in Evansville, IN is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the receiving, organization, storage, tracking, and distribution of building materials used in our glass and related projects.

The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with 3-5 years of warehouse or inventory control experience, forklift operation skills, and familiarity with inventory software. This hands-on role requires independence and a diligent work ethic.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse, stockroom, inventory control, or material handling experience.
• Experience with construction materials or related products is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking software and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, organization, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials.
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Maintain accurate material records and organize stock in a clean, safe warehouse.
• Coordinate material availability with fabrication, installation, and service teams.
• Assist with periodic counts and reconciliation.
