Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and inventory control for production needs.

The role requires coordination with the supervisor, verification of materials, and adherence to safety and process standards. Proactive communication with Purchasing and Planners is essential to minimize downtime and maintain accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (Sunsetter APP).
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred but not necessary.

Responsabilités

• Review daily receiving schedule and PO, inbound shipments, and container arrivals.
• Coordinate with WH Supervisor on dock appointments and assign receiving doors.
• Verify received materials against PO, packing slips, and shipping documents.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and communicate status to Purchasing.
• Ensure receipts are entered into the ERP/WMS system promptly.
