Job summary

Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to organize daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving and inventory control, and support production fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety compliance and efficient material flow to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of warehouse experience and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, ideally Sunsetter APP, plus forklift certification. Day shift and hourly pay at $17.00 are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Previous experience coordinating warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (Sunsetter APP).
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure receiving, storage, inventory control, and fulfillment.
• Verify and process receipts in ERP/WMS and assign locations.
• Train and guide receiving personnel on procedures and safety requirements.
• Monitor dock schedule, carrier communications and inventory discrepancies.
• Support cycle counts and inventories and generate performance reports.
