Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Warehouse/Material Coordinator to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and timely dispatch of materials to crews. You will coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping, maintain counts, and reconcile with data systems.

Strong attention to detail and communication are required. Ideal candidates have forklift experience, ability to operate pallet jacks, and a safety-focused mindset aligned with OSHA standards; Georgia location preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to learn company product codes and terminology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages warehouse inventory, shipping workflow, and other warehouse operations.
• Coordinates and schedules movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage, receiving, and shipment of finished products.
• Reviews sales orders and invoices; implements daily production and shipping plan; stores excess stock as needed.
